Deliver Excellence - Ensure each customer interaction aligns with PUMA’s world-class service standards.
Optimize Operations - Help manage inventory, loss prevention, and compliance to keep the store running smoothly and profitably.

Proven Leadership - 2–4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear.
Sales Expertise - A track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
Experience in Flagship or High-Traffic Locations - Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of a high-profile store.
Team Builder - A talent for identifying, developing, and retaining top-performing team members.
Strong Communicator - Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire your team and create outstanding customer experiences.
Operational Excellence - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex operations.
Tech Savvy - Proficiency in MS Office and other essential tools.
