The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to take ownership and support the delivery of complex civil and public realm works, with a particular focus on a major recreational development incorporating surf park infrastructure. Based in West Perth, you will:
- Manage subcontractors and specialist marine trades
- Oversee pile works, fender installations, revetments and bridge interfaces
- Coordinate civil works including drainage, landscaping and structural elements
- Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site activities
- Programming and cost control
- Coordination of subcontractors and marine specialists
- Client liaison (MRWA, DoT, Fremantle Ports, DBCA, local government)
- Quality documentation (ITPs, HIRACs, inspections, reporting)
- Identification of constructability improvements
- Supporting graduate engineers
About You
You'll be a motivated engineer with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
You'll have a hands-on approach and enjoy seeing tangible results in the field.
We're looking for:
- 2–4 years' experience in civil or marine construction (site-based preferred).
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site works.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- A genuine interest in building practical, community-focused infrastructure.
