Responsibilities:
As a Personal Trainer at BPM Health, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one personal training sessions to our clients. Your role will involve leading and motivating individuals and groups, providing personalised training programs, and guiding our clients towards achieving their health and fitness objectives. Additionally, you will be a mentor and leader to other Coaches in our facility, contributing to their professional development.
Requirements:
To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Hold a Cert 4 in Fitness/Sport Science degree
- Possess a genuine love for training people of all fitness levels
- Demonstrate a passion for your own health & fitness, serving as an inspiring role model to our members
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively connect with and motivate clients and team members alike
- Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
- Conduct One on One Personal Training Sessions
- Conduct Weight Loss Coaching Sessions
- Develop and implement personalised training plans that address each client's unique fitness goals and needs
- Monitor and track client progress, and provide ongoing feedback and encouragement to help them achieve their goals
- Promote a positive environment that motivates and inspires our clients and members to reach their full potential
- Utilise your sales skills to convert trial members into long-term clients
- Participate in marketing events and activities to promote our services and increase membership
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and organised
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, research, and training techniques to continuously enhance your expertise
- Generate client referrals through our current client base
- Telephone ex-clients, and non-converted clients to participate in the coming monthly promotions
- Book new enquiry tours
- Promote and sell BPM products and services
