Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations and administration of the education agency office.
Coordinate office procedures, systems and administrative processes to ensure efficient workflow.
Supervise and coordinate administrative and support staff, including allocating duties and monitoring work performance.
Coordinate student enquiries and ensure enquiries are appropriately directed to education counsellors or relevant staff.
Maintain accurate student, enrolment, client and business records in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate correspondence, documentation, reports, invoices and other administrative records.
Assist with student enrolment administration, documentation and follow-up with education providers.
Liaise with universities, colleges, RTOs, education providers and other external organisations regarding administrative matters.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, staff schedules and office calendars.
Monitor office supplies, equipment, facilities and service providers.
Assist management with budgeting, purchasing, invoicing and general financial administration.

Pay: $76,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
