Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals
Deliver evidence-based OT interventions, including therapeutic strategies, assistive technology, and environmental modifications
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centred care across service transitions
For experienced clinicians: Provide supervision and mentorship to junior OTs and Allied Health Assistants
For early-career clinicians: Engage in structured supervision, ongoing development, and supported learning
Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to innovative practice
Maintain accurate documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
New graduate applicants: Eagerness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
Experienced applicants: Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience and demonstrated expertise across physical, cognitive, or psychosocial domains
Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships
A proactive, reflective approach to professional development
A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives—and contributing to a strong team culture
Interest in supervision, leadership, and service improvement (for senior roles)
