Car Wash Franchise Operator

Position: Car Wash Franchise Operator
Location: Various locations Sydney QLD & NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive base salary with potential for significant earnings through performance.

About the Role

As a Car Wash Franchise Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating your own franchise in our network. You will oversee day-to-day operations which include staff management, customer service excellence, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality wash standards. If you are an entrepreneurial-minded professional with a dedication to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the car wash franchise, including staff supervision and training.
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Conduct financial planning and manage budgets and expenses.
Oversee inventory management and supply ordering.
Implement and maintain operational standards and best practices.
Market the franchise to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in operations management or a similar role preferably in the service industry.
Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve complaints.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a franchise model or as a business owner.
