The Role

We’ve achieved significant growth as a company, and want to grow even faster. That’s why we’re expanding our marketing team and hiring our first demand generation lead role.

The role is focused on ensuring prospects are always hearing from us. They need to know who we are, what we solve, and how we’ll help them.

If we get this right, we’ll make it significantly easier for sales to close more deals.

Core Responsibilities

Accelerate new pipeline creation: Own demand generation strategy and execution, working effectively with all of sales and marketing to create new pipeline.
Maximise the results of our key channels: Plan and run our marketing channels including paid ads, email, website (Webflow), buyer intent, reviews, AEO/SEO, etc.
Successfully launch new channels: Identify, test and launch new marketing channels and tactics. Move fast on promising ideas and kill or pause activity that does not deliver results.
Ensure our prospects know who we are, what we solve, and how we help: Run successful marketing campaigns to warm up prospects for sales and ensure we’re marketing to our whole audience.
Get more from existing content: Repurpose existing content for new campaigns to maximise reach.
Know what’s working in marketing: Track key marketing metrics, analyse results, and measure ROI.
Own marketing data: Segment audience lists, keep CRM data up to date, and manage marketing software and tools.
Coordinate campaigns with sales to hit growth goals: Ensure Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives are following up on marketing campaigns, incorporate sales feedback on lead/pipeline quality, and work with sales to find opportunities for new campaigns.

About You

You have at least 2 to 3 years working in a demand generation role or similar
You have a track record of generating real leads and pipeline
You’re passionate about demand generation and enjoy running campaigns for the love of the game
You take ownership of your work, and can go beyond your regular scope to get results
You can confidently use LLMs to get more done
You’re creative and bring ideas to the table
You like to get things done quickly
