Primary Responsibility:

We are looking for a Team Manager, at Murarrie, who is experienced with providing strong operations leadership to a team of frontline workers, whilst developing skillsets in the team and supporting other site leaders. You would manage and coordinate all processes and activities during the shift to deliver outstanding customer service.

Roster: Monday to Friday 4:30am to 1:00pm

What You'll Do:

Planning and controlling KPI performance of a team, and managing all aspects of labour
Maintaining compliance to health and safety and driving a safety culture
Coordinating and managing work with sub-contractors and internal departments
Managing employee performance and creating development pathways

What Experience and Education You Need:

Ideally you are someone who has exceptional attention to detail and who prides themselves on being deadline oriented and can maintain a high level of productivity.

Minimum 3 years of proven operational management experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing large teams.
Knowledge of distribution operations.
Strong people management skills.
Cross-functional leadership with multiple teams.
Experience in effective decision-making in a fast-moving business environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with variety of individuals
Ability to reason, negotiate, instruct, persuade, or speak with others
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and judgment in communicating with staff.
