CARCO Midland are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our high-performing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career. Supporting the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing the sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences across one of Western Australia's most diverse used vehicle operations.

About the Role
As Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager, you will:

Support the Used Vehicle Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the sales department

Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
-
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist in closing sales opportunities
-
Assist with stock management, vehicle pricing, inventory control and vehicle deliveries
-
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
-
Analyse sales trends and market conditions to support pricing and stock decisions
-
Assist in the training, coaching and development of Sales Consultants
-
Build strong customer relationships and effectively resolve customer concerns
-
Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance and customer satisfaction
About You
You are:

A proven automotive sales professional with demonstrated success in a dealership environment

An aspiring or experienced leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
-
Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer service
-
Results-driven, commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets
-
Financially driven with a passion for negotiating and closing deals
-
A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and administrative capability
-
Focused on continuously delivering results while exceeding customer expectations

Available to work late nights on Wednesdays and a half-day on Saturdays
Essential Requirements:

Current WA Driver's Licence
-
Yard Manager's Licence or Vehicle Salesperson's Licence

Proven success within a dealership sales environment
