Your new role
In your new role as Service Receptionist at CMI Toyota Cheltenham, you’ll be responsible for:

Attending to phone calls and resolving enquiries in a professional manner
Accurately processing service bookings in the system
Submitting special purchase orders in collaboration with the service department
Supporting other admin activities and data entry as required

Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

About you
You don’t have to come from the automotive industry, in fact many of our best people haven’t! What we’re seeking is someone who has:

Prior experience in admin, reception and/or customer service roles
A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong ability to organise and manage time in a busy environment
Exceptional attention to detail, admin skills, and general computer proficiency
A current driver’s license (essential)
