What You’ll Do!
As a Graduate Civil Engineer at Northrop, you will:

Begin your civil engineering career making a real impact on the places where people live, work, and play
You'll work on real projects with real responsibility, designing civil infrastructure across subdivisions, community civil projects, sporting venues, and road projects
You'll get hands-on experience with road, earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water, and flooding design - learning everything from concept through to construction
You'll be mentored by our Senior Engineers, participate in site investigations, learn industry-standard software like 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC, and contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact Australia
