At DLA Piper, we understand that your career is a journey. We are a global law firm seeking a capable and proactive professional to support our Litigation and Regulatory Practice on 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Working closely with experienced lawyers and stakeholders, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the team. You will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, with genuine ownership of your work and the opportunity to support complex and high‑profile matters. The role offers valuable exposure to litigation and regulatory work within a global firm environment, while allowing you to make an immediate and tangible impact.

You will join a collaborative, professional, and supportive team that values clear communication, attention to detail, and high‑quality outcomes. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering reliable and proactive support.

Main duties and responsibilities

Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing electronic and paper filing systems
Handling accounts payable and expense claims
Maintaining client databases and matter files
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Performing general administrative tasks (printing, photocopying, filing)

About you

2+ years’ experience in a legal or professional services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office apps
Confidence working with numbers and managing competing priorities
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
