About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Arabic-speaking Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing NDIS service. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing SIL homes, compliance requirements, staff rostering, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across NDIS supports and SIL homes.
Coordinate and maintain staff rosters to ensure appropriate coverage and compliance.
Oversee participant care, support plans, and service delivery standards.
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitor incident reporting, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Lead, supervise, and support a team of support workers.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting requirements.
Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.

Essential Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Demonstrated experience managing NDIS services and/or SIL homes.
Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance obligations.
Experience with staff rostering and workforce management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
