About Us

Inndeavor Group is a growing accommodation and property management company specialising in long-term and short-term rental solutions across major Australian cities. We work closely with property owners, agencies, developers and accommodation partners to provide flexible housing solutions for students, young professionals, corporate clients and international tenants.

As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – Property Partnerships to help grow our property network and build strong relationships with local real estate agencies, landlords and property managers.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate, leasing, property management, lettings, sales, or business development. You will be responsible for sourcing new property opportunities, building agency partnerships, and helping the company secure suitable rental stock for our accommodation business.

You will work closely with our leasing and operations teams to identify potential properties, approach agencies and landlords, negotiate cooperation opportunities, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach real estate agencies, landlords, developers and property managers
Build and maintain strong property partnership relationships
Source suitable rental properties for long-term and short-term accommodation use
Follow up with agencies and owners to obtain property listings and availability
Assist with negotiations, property assessments and cooperation discussions
Maintain an active pipeline of property opportunities
Coordinate internally with leasing, sales and operations teams
Track leads, follow-ups and partnership progress
Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls and email communications

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and commercially minded. You should enjoy speaking with people, building relationships and creating business opportunities.

You may be suitable if you have experience as a:

Business Development Manager / Executive
Leasing Consultant
Property Manager
Portfolio Manager
Lettings Manager
Real Estate Sales or Leasing Negotiator
Agency Relationship Manager
Property Consultant

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate, leasing, property management, sales or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in approaching agencies, landlords and business partners
Ability to follow up consistently and manage a sales pipeline
Good understanding of the Sydney rental market is preferred
Existing relationships with local agencies or property managers will be highly regarded
Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage but not essential
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
