This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative, executive assistance and secretariat support to the Co-Directors and Executive team of the Division of Kids and Families. The role delivers executive-level administrative support across the Division, including strategic and community paediatric services, and contributes to the effective coordination of divisional business, governance, workforce and operational activities.

The position supports a range of executive and organisational functions requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, communication and organisational capability, and works collaboratively across services to support divisional priorities and service delivery outcomes.

Wollongong Hospital is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
