Role Overview:
We are seeking an RV/Caravan Delivery Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an engaging and fun experience when taking delivery of their RV.
Key Responsibilities:
- RV Handovers: Make customer transitions a breeze!
- Product Expertise: Dive into customer queries and guide them with a smile.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records.
- Quality Checks: Team up with technicians to ensure RVs are top-notch before the big reveal!
- Stock Management : Assist in maintenance of stock management
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid open driver's license and impeccable driving record
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Practical work experience in an RV or caravan dealership preferred
