Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and client-focused Nutrition and Personal Training Coach to join our team. In this role, you will work one-on-one and in small groups with clients to help them achieve their health, fitness, and lifestyle goals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of exercise science and behavior-change nutrition, alongside excellent communication skills to motivate and support clients through their wellness journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Coaching: Design and deliver individualized exercise programs and evidence-based nutrition plans tailored to clients' specific goals, fitness levels, and medical histories.
- Assessments & Tracking: Conduct initial fitness assessments, body composition analyses, and dietary reviews. Track client progress consistently and adjust plans as needed.
- Education & Support: Empower clients by teaching proper exercise mechanics, injury prevention, and sustainable dietary habits.
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular check-ins (in-person or digital) to provide accountability, motivation, and constructive feedback.
- Facility Excellence: Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming training environment. Participate in staff meetings and community events as required.

- Education/Certification:
- Current, accredited Personal Training Certification
- Recognised Nutrition Certification (e.g., Precision Nutrition Level 1, Mac-Nutrition Uni, or a degree in Dietetics/Nutrition).
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex nutritional and physiological concepts in simple, actionable terms.
- Proficiency with fitness tracking software and basic digital tools.
- Experience: Previous experience coaching clients in a gym, studio, or wellness center is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques (lifting, bending, stretching).
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during coaching sessions.
Work Authorization
- Must be legally authorized to work in Australia

Pay: $49,900.00 – $153,568.96 per year
