How you’ll make an impact

Brand, Creative & Social (BCS) operates as a Centre of Excellence with a matrix-style delivery model, combining strategic leadership with embedded executional support. BCS owns brand strategy, creative quality, content and social strategy, governance, and measurement — enabling portfolio teams to deliver end-to-end marketing execution efficiently and effectively within clear brand guardrails.

Support the delivery of high-quality, on-brand social content across AMP’s channels by coordinating production workflows, executing content, and enabling seamless delivery and community engagement.

You’ll make an impact by:

Coordinate end-to-end social content production, ensuring deadlines are met
Create and optimise social-first content across key platforms
Manage asset delivery, versioning and trafficking across channels
Support day-to-day community engagement, ensuring timely, on-brand responses
Maintain workflow visibility, quality control and flag risks early

What you will bring to the team

Experience in content production, production coordination or workflow delivery in a creative or marketing environment
Hands-on experience creating social media content (video, copy, assets)
Understanding of major social platforms and their content formats and behaviours
Experience working with external production partners (preferred)
