We currently have two incredible opportunities available! We're looking for a Post Placement Support Consultant and an Employee Engagement Consultant to join us! These positions will be working across our South Brisbane offices, so willingness to travel is essential.

What you’ll do
As an Employer Engagement Consultant in our team you’ll:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers across industries to secure sustainable, customised job opportunities aligned to participants’ skills, interests, and goals.
- Collaborate with employers to design inclusive, tailored employment solutions that meet both business needs and participant outcomes, while driving performance against KPIs and placement targets.
- Provide guidance on inclusive hiring, workplace adjustments, and the benefits of employing people with barriers to employment, while promoting customised employment opportunities across the community.
- Support ongoing success post-placement by working with employers and participants to improve retention, resolve workplace issues, monitor progress, and ensure long-term employment outcomes.
As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you'll:
- Deliver practical, on-the-job coaching to build confidence and capability - Provide onsite support during the critical early weeks, guide participants through workplace expectations and communication styles, rehearse challenging conversations, and proactively step in when confidence or performance concerns emerge.
- Act early to prevent job loss and strengthen workplace stability - Monitor attendance and performance patterns, address conflict quickly, support employees through anxiety or adjustment challenges, and liaise with employers to ensure expectations are clear and achievable.
- Foster proactive, collaborative employer partnerships - Maintain regular supervisor check-ins, coach managers in inclusive leadership practices, negotiate reasonable adjustments, and implement strengths-based performance improvement strategies.
- Implement structured retention planning for long-term success - Develop tailored 4, 12, and 26-week support plans, track sustainability milestones, identify training and upskilling pathways, and ensure documentation meets funding and compliance standards.
What you’ll bring
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and business development skills, with the ability to engage employers and generate sustainable job opportunities.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build rapport, and promote inclusive employment practices.
- Strong analytical and digital capability, including the ability to interpret labour market trends and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Driver's Licence is essential for these positions as travel is a requirement of the role.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Experience in a customer service or employment support setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
