Are you a driven, detail-oriented professional ready to lead a growing healthcare practice? We’re seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team of dentists in Ryde.

In this role, you will:

Lead daily practice operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Drive exceptional patient care and satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team in a positive, supportive environment
Oversee rosters, stock, compliance, and reporting requirements
Manage budgets, KPIs, and overall practice profitability
Handle patient enquiries, appointments, payments, and general administration
Uphold healthcare regulations, sterilisation, and infection control standards
Collaborate with clinicians to maintain high standards of care
Support marketing initiatives to drive new patient growth and brand visibility

About You

Previous experience in dental/medical settings with team leadership or management responsibilities
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Skilled in P&L management with strong business and financial acumen
Confident leading difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
Professional, polished, and able to represent a premium healthcare brand
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life – clinicians, patients, and your team
Proficient in practice management software (Core Practice preferred but not essential), systems, and computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel), and social media
Motivated to take ownership and grow with the clinic

Qualifications

Working rights in Australia
Minimum 2 years in practice management
