This is a full-time Maternity leave cover role until November 2026 (6 months).
Things that work for us:
AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility, fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice.
Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process.
Demonstrated collaborative leadership style.
High level of customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
Successful completion and maintenance of Responsible Person screening checks. This position is considered a ‘Responsible Person’ role, being accountable for day-to-day operations, and having authority, decision-making, influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation.
