Full Job Description

Required Skills And Experience.

General

Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe

Business Requirement

Identifying business needs and making sure they are fully captured by planning, defining, and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements.
Conducting business discovery and co-design workshops, interviews, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders/working groups.

Analysis and reporting

Extensive experience and highly developed skills in performing analysis of systems and business processes, process mapping, user stories, use cases, data migration source-to-target mapping, specifications, and wireframes.
A strong eye for detail and excellent data presentation skills.
An ability to describe the business impacts of current and proposed solutions, including risks and benefits.

Stakeholder management

Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders, including the ability to act as the team's representative in meetings with business units.

Documentation

The ability to design, manage, and refine business processes, user journeys, and other supporting documents as necessary.
Developing artifacts to support requirements definition, such as process models, operational concepts, prototypes, and insights derived from data.

Residency and Clearance

Hold a current ASGVA Baseline clearance or be able to obtain one.
Australian Citizen

This role is open to Canberra based applicants.
