Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a client base, focusing on new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue leads within the equipment hire and scaffolding sectors
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the South Australian market
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Provide market insights to senior management and contribute to business development plans
- Attend client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Ensure client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships
The Ideal Candidate:
You are an autonomous self-starter with extensive experience in the access or equipment hire industries, particularly within South Australia. With a strong network and proven track record in business development, you’re ready to help All Star Access Hire grow in this exciting new region.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development within equipment hire, scaffolding, or plant hire
- Strong knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industries in South Australia
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to drive business growth and close deals
- Permanent residents only
