If you’re an experienced warehouse professional with a valid LF Forklift Licence and you’re looking to move beyond a standard storeperson role, this is your opportunity to grow into a leadership position where your experience and initiative will be recognised and rewarded.

Step into a leadership position where you will build and manage your own team in a dynamic, hands-on supervisory capacity! Benefit from the guidance and support of our leadership team to accelerate your growth.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service standards are consistently met.

You’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating receiving, shipping, handling and storage activities
Supporting and guiding warehouse team members on day-to-day operations
Maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with stock takes
Promoting and maintaining safe work practices at all times
Operating forklifts and working safely around mobile plant and equipment
Ensuring warehouse processes align with company policies and safety standards

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example while developing your leadership capability.

What We’re Looking For

Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations
A safety-first mindset
Natural leadership ability and confidence guiding a small team
Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ready to step up
