About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team based at our Eagle Farm Head Office. We are looking for a “Super Star” that thrives working in a fast-paced work environment and embraces the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks. One of the best parts of the job is that you get to work with a great team of people that will encourage your growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administration support to the Branch and Senior Management Team
Accurately processing invoices, purchase orders and customer orders
Responsible for the ordering of office supplies
Working with timesheets, travel bookings, credit card reconciliation, registers, reporting, billing and job tracking
Work with the broader Administration team on continuous improvement initiatives
Reception duties

About You:

Safety First Leadership
At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within a service-based industry
Strong Microsoft office stills and SAP experience (Desirable)
Experience in using Monday.com (Desirable)
Ability to take initiative, juggle multiple priorities and a high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
Able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
