Full Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Hand to join our production and warehouse team. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, stock control, production support, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Receive, unload, and store incoming stock and raw materials.
Assist with manufacturing and assembly processes as required.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management.
Label, package, and palletise finished products.
Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns.
Assist with general warehouse duties as directed by management.
