Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in Melbourne’s west. This role involves delivering high‑quality, person‑centred speech therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.

You will support clients of various ages to improve communication, social interaction, swallowing, and functional capacity. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people living with disability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
Provide evidence‑based interventions in home and community environments
Prepare NDIS reports, assessments, and progress documentation
Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, educators, and allied health teams
Support clients to achieve their NDIS goals and improve daily communication and participation

About You

Degree in Speech Pathology (SPA registration required)
Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
Passionate about supporting clients to build communication and social skills
Current Working With Children Check, Police Check, and driver’s licence and NDIS screening check.
