With stores across the world and a large frontline retail team, our Learning Management System plays a key role in keeping our teams connected, confident and ready to deliver. We are looking for a hands-on Learning Management System Manager to take ownership of the platform and help take it to the next level.
This is a role for someone who loves systems, structure and making things work better. You will get into the detail, understand how the Learning Management System works end-to-end, identify the gaps and drive practical improvements that make a real difference for our store teams.
As our Learning Management System Manager, you will own the day-to-day management, optimisation and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System.
You will make sure the system is easy to use, well maintained, accurate and set up to support our global retail teams. This includes learning content, communications, task management, compliance, reporting, audits and operational execution.
This is not a traditional Learning & Development content role. It is a systems-first role where you will bring structure, improve processes and ensure the platform works effectively for the people using it every day.
You will take ownership of the Learning Management System and ensure it is running smoothly, including user access, permissions, store structures, system settings and ongoing maintenance.
Work with Learning & Development, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Internal Communications to make sure the platform supports business needs.
We are looking for someone who is practical, analytical and confident owning a system from end to end.
