The key details

Your future role

Outstanding Client Experience: Provide exceptional service as a key contact for clients, ensuring they receive the best outcomes.
Financial Planning Expertise: Bring your experience in dealing with Hight Net Worth (HNW) clients and their structures (trusts, SMSFs, and deceased estates) to support our clients effectively.
Juggling Priorities: Coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines while pre-emptively identifying client needs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with external providers and stakeholders.
Data Integrity: Ensure high accuracy and compliance in client records.
Training & Development: Assist in training new or junior team members to enhance overall team performance.

Your winning formula

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Financial Planning industry
Skills: Previously worked with HNW Clients with complex entity structures preferable
