About the Team:
The VU Sport team supports the health, wellbeing and connectedness of Victoria University students, staff and the wider community through a diverse range of sport, fitness and aquatic programs. The Aquatic Programs team delivers swim school, school swimming and broader aquatic services, working closely with schools, community groups and internal stakeholders to provide safe, engaging and high-quality experiences.
About the Role:
As the Programs and Services Supervisor – Aquatics, you will lead the delivery, performance and ongoing development of aquatic programs at VU Sport, with a strong focus on swim school and school-based programs. This role combines leadership, operational management and program development, providing the opportunity to build a high-performing team, drive service excellence and contribute to the growth and success of aquatic services across the University and broader community.

About You:
You will be an experienced aquatics, recreation or leisure professional who enjoys leading teams and delivering high-quality programs and services. Ideally, you will bring:
• Experience supervising or coordinating aquatic programs, including swim school and/or school-based programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and engage staff in a team environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to delivering safe, inclusive and customer-focused services.
• Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using rostering, CRM, POS or similar operational systems.
