National Dental Care is seeking a highly organised and experienced Dental Receptionist to join the team at Fullarton Park Dental in a Full-Time role!

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving and busy Fullarton Park Dental practice with up to 10 chairs, you’ll play a key role in providing high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Previous Dental Receptionist experience - preferred
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using D4W- desirable

You are:

Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
