About Us:
GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Designer to join our growing office team based in Brisbane QLD
Reporting to the Drawing Office Manager, you will play an integral role in the design of wet and dry mineral process plants and bulk material handling projects.
Based out of our Brisbane CBD office you would work on various projects across Australia across a variety of commodities ( gold ,copper, iron ore etc)
Your typical day will consist of:

Produce drawings (hard copy and electronic CAD files) in accordance with client specification, GRES Standards and industry best practices

Be able to transmit clear and concise information through drawings to engineers

Manage workload to ensure tasks are completed in an orderly manner, within times required for various projects

Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in the design documentation produced for activities under their control

Preparation and review of design documents to schedule
About you :
-
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Design or Engineering *beneficial
-
Experience with mineral process plants and bulk materials handling projects
-
Experience preparing concrete construction drawings to industry standards
-
3D modelling in AutoCAD
-
Experience with Civil 3D is preferable
-
Ability to handle priorities and tasks with accuracy and excellent attention to detail

Demonstrate high level communication and problem solving skills
-
