Full Job Description

The Claims Administrator plays a vital role in the smooth operation of Bentino’s claims management process and the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

This full-time position is responsible for coordinating communication between clients, trades, and internal teams, managing documentation and client portals, and ensuring service delivery meets KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards. Day-to-day, you’ll handle inbound calls and correspondence, schedule estimators and project managers, assign trades for make-safe work, and act as a primary point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years’ experience in administration, client services, or insurance claims management. Experience in construction or insurance repair is highly regarded. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A can-do attitude is a must, and a smiling face is always welcome in our friendly, high-performing team.
