Full Job Description

*Please note you will need to have working rights in Australia. At this stage, we cannot sponsor a working visa. This is an in-person, on-location in-studio position.*

Big Ant Studios are looking for a highly talented and motivated Online Service Developer to play a key role in the studio.

Join us in making some of consoles and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located Melbourne studio.

We are searching for a experienced engineer to assist with the development and management of our online services. A strong working knowledge of AWS is highly desirable, but not necessarily required. Proven experience of management of large-scale, high-demand and always-available services is a must. With working knowledge of error tracking, versioning and deployment strategies implemented in robust and traceable internal systems.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

ASP.Net Core 6+ – Required
Entity Framework – Required
MySQL Databases

Extra considerations for working knowledge of:

Windows VPS
IIS
Postman
AppSmith
AWS Services – primarily RDS, Lambda, SQS

You also need to be:

Flexible and open-minded.
Determined and self-motivated.
Prepared to rise to a challenge.
Always striving for quality.
Creative and innovative.
