At WSP, our Brisbane Building Services team continues to go from strength to strength, with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, health, education, transport, defence and major infrastructure sectors.

As a result, we are always keen to connect with talented Electrical Engineers across all levels, from Intermediate through to Director.

The opportunity

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team delivering electrical building services solutions across a diverse range of projects. From detailed design through to project delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality, sustainable outcomes for our clients.

Depending on your level of experience, your involvement may include:

Electrical design across power, lighting, communications and associated systems
Leading or supporting multi-disciplinary project teams
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team growth
Driving innovation and best practice across projects

Our team works across a wide variety of sectors including commercial developments, social infrastructure, defence and major projects, providing exposure to technically interesting and impactful work. [Elec Engin..., Brisbane | Word]

About you

We’re open to hearing from candidates at a range of levels, however you’ll typically bring:

Experience in electrical engineering within the building services consulting environment
Strong understanding of Australian standards and building codes
Experience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, health, education or infrastructure
The ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams

For more senior candidates, we’re also interested in:

Proven experience leading projects and teams
Client relationship and business development capability
