About the Role

As a member of the Commercial team, you will be joining an essential advisory function supporting military vehicle delivery by providing contract administration and management support for the LAND 400 Phase 2 Prime contract. In this role, you will:

Ensure RDA’s compliance with contractual terms;
Manage day-to-day administration;
Draft formal correspondence;
Provide sound commercial and contractual advice to assist Senior Leadership decision making; and
Assist with the negotiation and drafting of CCPs and amendments.

Working alongside both internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving contractual issues to support smooth project execution.

As part of a supporting and collaborative team, this role is ideal for a person with strong contract administration skills looking to take the next step in their career. This role is able to offer an Individualised Flexible Working Arrangement if required. We encourage you to ask what this looks like for you at interview stage.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Experience in drafting correspondence, contracts, contract management, risk identification, change management and administration experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint
Demonstrated high level of personal motivation
Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
