The Opportunity

A wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN), CSI Mining Services is a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services unique to the resources industry. As one of Australia’s largest mining services contractors, CSI supports MinRes projects and external clients by providing capital infrastructure and whole-of-life operational expertise. CSI has operations in Western Australia and Queensland.

Be part of a high-performing minerals team with one of Australia’s leading mining services providers. We operate across WA in lithium, iron ore and other hard rock commodities, offering end‑to‑end services from pit to port.

CSI Mining Services is inviting Fixed Plant Operators with Crushing and Front End / Wheel Loader experience to become part of our team at Lamb Creek.

This new project is set to commence in late June 2026 and will operate on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, including both day and night shifts. These are full-time positions offering excellent career development opportunities, including leadership pathways for suitable candidates, with Leading Hand opportunities also available.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor crushing & screening equipment within fixed plant maintenance and crushing environments
Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and assist trades where required
Control feed rates and manage plant performance to meet production targets
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures
Work effectively both independently and within a team structure
Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and productivity
Demonstrate a commitment to safety

What is required

Experience operating fixed plant crushing equipment and/or mobile plant (loaders, excavators, bobcats, skid steers etc.)
C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, CN, WP, LF – desirable)
Construction Induction Card
Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing tickets (desirable)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
