What you’ll do

Lead the design and delivery of customer-led strategies across marketing, sales, service, and commerce, to revolutionise how our clients connect with their customers.
Oversee and engage in comprehensive consulting projects, from detecting growth opportunities to deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance the customer journey.
Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders to craft go-to-market models, refine commercial performance, and achieve concrete business results.
Collaborate seamlessly with strategists, technologists, and experience specialists to realise cutting-edge, data-driven solutions.
Convert insights and analytics into practical recommendations for enhancing customer journeys and unlocking sustainable value.

What we’re looking for:

Extensive experience in customer, commercial, or front-office transformation—including strategy, design, execution, or enablement.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to influence and distil complex concepts into clear insights.
Proficiency in utilising data, technology, or digital tools to address customer and commercial challenges, even without deep technical expertise.
Flexibility and solid problem-solving skills to adeptly handle client uncertainties and dynamic project environments.
A collaborative approach with a strong drive for creating superior customer experiences through creativity, insight, and innovation.
