About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Contract Administrator with 2–3 years’ experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career, get proper exposure to live construction projects and work closely with experienced Project Managers and Contract Administrators.
You will be involved in the commercial side of projects from procurement through to completion, including subcontractor coordination, documentation, variations, claims and project cost tracking.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and tendering.
- Preparing purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
- Reviewing quotes and helping negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing RFIs, shop drawings and project documentation.
- Assisting with variations, progress claims and cost tracking.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal project team.
- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery.
- Keeping project records organised and up to date.
- Learning how commercial construction projects are managed from start to finish.
About You
You will suit this role if you are:
- Someone with 2–3 years’ experience in construction or contract administration.
- Organised, reliable and willing to learn.
- Confident communicating with subcontractors and project teams.
- Detail-focused and able to follow things through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Keen to build a long-term career in commercial construction.
Experience using construction management software is beneficial, however training will be provided on our internal system, STYCK.

Pay: From $71,710.48 per year
