The Commercial Project Manager – ANZ Revenue is responsible for the initiation, planning and delivery of commercial projects aligned to ResMed’s strategic priorities.
You’ll take ownership of multiple in‑flight initiatives , working across the full project lifecycle — from discovery and planning through to deployment. This role requires someone who can mobilise quickly , bring structure to complexity and work confidently with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, marketing, technology and global teams.
This is a delivery‑focused role where projects are already underway, priorities are set, and success is defined by execution and outcomes.
This role sits within the ANZ Commercial Growth team , which partners closely with Provider, DTC, Product and Global teams to drive revenue growth, optimise business models and improve customer experiences across channels.
The team operates at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution and transformation , translating ideas into scalable, market‑ready solutions for the ANZ region.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Growth, you will:
- Own a portfolio of commercial revenue and go‑to‑market projects
- Lead project planning, prioritisation and delivery across cross‑functional teams
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resourcing and budgets
- Monitor project performance including risk, dependencies, milestones and reporting
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Present proposals, progress updates and deployment outcomes to stakeholders
- Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to inform commercial decision‑making
- Apply strong commercial insight to identify new business models, optimisation opportunities and improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, Healthcare or similar)
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial project or program management
- Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross‑functional teams
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, SDLC, MS Project, Visio)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes at pace
- PMI and/or PMP certification
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices or regulated environments
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Cognos, Tableau, Sisense)
- Confidence operating in changing or ambiguous environments
- High‑impact work during a critical period
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives
- Broad commercial visibility across ANZ revenue streams
