Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage numerous end-to-end capital works projects, up to a value of $20m per project.
These projects will be a mixture of new build, refurbishment and redevelopment works – including (but not limited to) building extensions, amenities, industrial, utilities and civil works upgrades.

- Overseeing scopes of works with clients.
- Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Managing the construction/delivery of projects.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering complex building/property projects. This could be from any building sector.
You could have experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, as a Consultant, or as a Builder. Whichever type of experience you come from, your ability to represent the RPI brand with professionalism, confidence and expertise is the key.
You could also be a Project Manager looking for our first SPM opportunity.
You’ll also need:

- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- The desire to “step up” and exceed clients’ service delivery standards.
- Experience with the design, procurement, construction and the delivery phase of projects.
- A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
