About the opportunity
Drive smarter procurement decisions through data, insight, and strong negotiation to maximise value across supplier and subcontractor spend. In this role, you will:

Analyse costs, pricing trends, and spend data to identify savings opportunities
Run RFQs/RFPs and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors where required
Build practical category plans that balance cost, quality, and delivery
Track and report on cost movements and price changes
Monitor supplier performance and accountability
Investigate cost increases and variations etc reporting on findings, finding solutions
Improve processes to reduce waste, rework, and pricing errors

About you
You’ll bring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for teamwork, aligning with our values: better together, be accountable, people matter, think bigger.

Experience in estimating, pricing, procurement, or cost analysis
Strong Excel/data skills – comfortable working with numbers and trends
Confident negotiator who can influence suppliers on price and terms
Good commercial judgement and attention to detail
Able to spot cost issues quickly and take action
Practical, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across teams
