Now is the time to bring your expertise to Insight. We are not just a tech company; we are a people-first company. We believe that by unlocking the power of people and technology, we can accelerate transformation and achieve extraordinary results. As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.
About the role
Leadership: The leader for this role is Graham Elliott. He is the Capability Manager for Apps and Integration, with a focus on forward-deployed delivery, technical excellence, and innovation in AI-enabled solutions. He is committed to your growth and will support you in developing your technical specialisation and career trajectory.
As an AI-Enabled Solution Architect, you will lead high-impact client engagements by assessing and designing complex solutions that meet strategic technology and business needs. We will count on you to combine deep expertise in application modernisation with a forward-deployed delivery mindset, spearheading the adoption of Agentic SDLC and leveraging advanced AI toolsets to accelerate delivery and operationalise resilient Azure architectures. Along the way, you will get to:
-
Architect AI-Enabled Solutions – Design and implement Agentic SDLC processes using frontier AI models to automate coding, testing, and documentation, while embedding advanced AI capabilities directly into business workflows
-
Lead Cloud Modernisation – Guide legacy application migrations to Azure using microservices, serverless, and containerisation patterns, managing end-to-end software stacks from responsive UIs to secure back-end services
-
Drive Engineering Excellence – Build resilient services using type-safe languages, develop automated CI/CD pipelines, deploy Infrastructure as Code, and implement observability practices that optimise performance and cost-efficiency
-
Mentor and Develop Teams – Coach teammates in systematic problem-solving, develop delivery standards and reusable assets, and contribute to practice development through technical forums and knowledge sharing
-
Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.
