Front Desk & Patient Coordinator – Orthodontic Practice

Location: Blacktown (Opposite Westpoint, Close to Train Station)

We are a growing orthodontic practice dedicated to transforming smiles and providing exceptional patient care. Located in the heart of Blacktown, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients and team.

About You

As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a crucial role in creating a warm and positive first impression. You should be personable, professional, and able to maintain composure in a dynamic environment.

Previous dental or orthodontic experience is not required—we value a strong willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Position Details

Part-time: 3 -4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), increasing to 4 days (including Friday) in a few months
Not suitable for university students, as availability for a minimum of 3 days and flexibility for additional days is required
Hours of Operation:
Monday & Tuesday: 7:15 AM – 5:45 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 8:15 AM – 6:15 PM
Thursday: 9:15 AM – 7:45 PM

Your Responsibilities

Your role will be shaped by your experience and strengths, but key duties include:

Welcoming patients in person and via digital communication
Managing appointment scheduling
Handling payments and discussing payment plans with patients
Assisting doctors with drafting letters and treatment coordination
General facility maintenance and ensuring the practice runs smoothly
Handling difficult conversations and managing the workflow
