About you (the Chef we’re excited to meet)
You’re the kind of leader who brings standards + soul. You’ll also bring:
- A recognised Commercial Cookery qualification (e.g., Cert III or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience cooking in a similar environment or restaurant experience
- Demonstrated experience applying HACCP principles
- Proven experience leading a team and setting a values-based culture
- A genuine desire to deliver an exceptional food experience.
