Job Description

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting functional behaviour assessments
Creating evidence-based, personalised support plans
Working with a varied caseload with comprehensive support

Ongoing support, supervision and training ensure your continuous professional development.

You will have:

Current registration (Core, Proficient or Advanced) as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
Demonstrated experience in providing support to people with behaviours of concern
Degree qualifications in allied health or a related area is essential
Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
