We Frame It is a leading light gauge steel frame fabricator serving the SEQ market. Operating from our modern Stapylton facility, we fabricate steel wall frames, roof trusses and flooring systems for residential builders across Southeast Queensland. We have an extensive pipeline of work, a full complement of new machinery, and a great team environment.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable Truck Driver / HIAB Operator to join the team. You’ll be responsible for the safe delivery of steel frames and materials to residential construction sites across the region, operating our crane-truck to load and unload independently. When you’re not on the road, you’ll work alongside the factory team assembling frames — so you’re contributing all day, every day.
ResponsibilitiesDriving & Delivery
- Safely transport steel frames and materials to residential construction sites across SEQ
- Operate the HIAB crane to load and unload deliveries independently and safely
- Plan and execute delivery runs efficiently, coordinating with the production team on scheduling
- Communicate with site supervisors and builders regarding delivery requirements and access
- Complete delivery documentation accurately
- Conduct pre-start vehicle checks and report any maintenance requirements promptly
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks for deliveries and pickups where needed
Frame Assembly
- Assemble steel wall frames and roof trusses according to specifications when not on delivery runs
- Operate hand and power tools
- Carry out manual handling tasks
- Assist with staging and loading of finished frames for dispatch
Must Haves
- Valid LR or MR truck licence
- Demonstrated HIAB / crane truck operation experience — able to load and unload safely without supervision
- Valid forklift licence (LF)
- Own reliable vehicle and current car licence
