Lifestyle Essentials is seeking a passionate and caring Health & Fitness Coach to join our growing team. We specialise in helping adults aged 50+ improve their health, strength, mobility, balance, and quality of life through exercise, education, and ongoing support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in health and fitness while making a genuine difference in people's lives.

About the Role

We are initially offering 12–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent part-time or full-time position for the right person.

You will work closely with our allied health and fitness team to deliver:

✔ One-on-one coaching sessions

✔ Small group strength and fitness classes

✔ Senior strength and balance programs

✔ Exercise rehabilitation programs

✔ Ongoing support and encouragement for our members

Most importantly, you will help create an environment where our clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their ability to succeed.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Enjoys building relationships with people
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is warm, encouraging, and approachable
Loves helping others achieve their goals
Is confident working with adults aged 50+
Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Is available for evening shifts and rotational weekends

We provide comprehensive in-house training and mentoring.

Essential Requirements

Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or currently studying)
