About the role and where you will be working:
This role operates as a dedicated, full time member of the HRMIS project team, representing People Services throughout the transformation. Working closely with internal project leads and collaborating with internal stakeholders, including end users, and delivery partners, the role ensures a consistent employee experience focus is embedded across design, build, testing, go live and stabilisation.
This is a fixed term role until June 30th 2027.
This position is located at our central office in Rivervale with a flexible working environment.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Act as the primary People Services representative within the HRMIS project team, embedded full time for the duration of the program

Contribute people systems and payroll expertise to program planning, sequencing and design decisions

About you:
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred, especially in a health care setting.
You will also bring:

Demonstrated experience contributing expertise within a major HRMIS or system transformation, including payroll, working as part of a multidisciplinary project team to represent employee lifecycle processes, requirements and impacts

Demonstrated ability to provide stewardship of employee data, including supporting data quality, data definitions, ownership, governance and reporting requirements across integrated systems
-
Demonstrated ability to support the translation of strategic direction into operational outcomes, contributing to the design and implementation of people system processes, system configuration and governance that are fit for purpose and sustainable
-
Demonstrated capability to drive change and business improvement through collaboration, with internal and external stakeholders
-
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including building shared understanding, influencing outcomes, managing competing priorities, and supporting informed decision making across diverse stakeholder groups
-
Demonstrated understanding of HR and payroll governance, compliance and legislative obligations, including privacy, data protection and appropriate use of employee information
-
Demonstrated ability to follow risk management strategies, identify and report hazards and adhere to work health and safety policies and procedures
To be considered for this role you’ll need:
-
Demonstrated experience contributing to a major HRMIS or people system transformation (including payroll), working within a multidisciplinary project team.

Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and the ability to represent People Services requirements, impacts and dependencies across the program.

Proven capability in employee data stewardship, including data quality, definitions, ownership, governance and reporting requirements across integrated systems.

Experience translating strategic direction into operational outcomes through process design, system configuration input and sustainable governance.
-
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing outcomes, balancing competing priorities and supporting informed decision making.
-
Sound understanding of HR and payroll compliance obligations, including privacy, data protection and appropriate use of employee information.
-
Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including current National Police Clearance (within 6 months), Flu immunisation record if attending sites, completion of a pre-employment health questionnaire, and full non-restricted Australian work rights.
