What this opportunity involves:
As a Service Centre Attendant at JLL, you'll be the cornerstone of our day-to-day facilities and business support operations, ensuring our workspace runs smoothly and efficiently. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and your role makes that possible by maintaining safe, compliant, and welcoming environments where our people can do their best work. You'll oversee our service centre operations, manage facilities administration, coordinate with suppliers, and serve as a first point of contact for operational needs across the site. This position requires someone who can balance multiple priorities, from mail operations and stationery management to first aid coordination and security administration, all while maintaining the high standards that set JLL apart. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll work closely with various teams to continuously improve our facilities management practices and exceed service expectations.
An Overview of the role:

Maintain the Service Centre by processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries in a timely manner, while conducting regular mail runs and managing stationery levels across the facility

Monitor and manage inventory of stationery, business cards, and supplies to balance availability with cost efficiency, and coordinate locker assignments and access card distribution

Oversee first aid room operations and maintain first aid kits and equipment including defibrillators, ensuring workplace safety readiness

Maintain sites and client assets to high standards while ensuring safe and compliant workplaces, undertaking manual handling activities as appropriate to service delivery

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring they're properly trained, signed in and out, and working in compliance with JLL and client safety practices

Track and report service delivery issues, communicate problems through to resolution, and provide back-up support for records responsibilities when needed
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

Minimum three years of experience in administration or facilities coordination with proven ability to manage complex operational matters

Competency in Microsoft Office suite and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach

Demonstrated capability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects efficiently and meeting key performance indicators

Physical ability to undertake manual handling activities and understanding of workplace safety requirements

Self-motivated and flexible team player who can adapt to rapidly changing situations while maintaining accountability

Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification, with experience in corporate facilities management preferred
